Shraddha Montessori School is affiliated with the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE).

Admissions are open from Nursery to Class XII.

Communication is done through WhatsApp, school diary, meetings, and official notices.

The school follows strict safety protocols and immediately informs parents in case of emergencies.

Parents can visit the school office, collect the registration form, and follow the admission process.

Shraddha Montessori School follows a structured admission system to ensure fairness, transparency, and quality education for every learner.

Admission Process (Class-wise)

Registration Form and Prospectus may be collected from the school office between 8 AM to 4 PMonall working day. Parents are further requested to submit the filled-up registration form in the school.

  • Nursery to KG-II

    After registration, parents are called for interaction and document verification within 7–10 working days.

  • Classes I to VIII

    Parents and students are informed about the date of interaction with the Principal.

  • Class IX

    Admission is granted after an entrance test, followed by interaction with parents and the Principal.

  • Class XI

    Admission is based on Class X results, stream eligibility, and document verification, followed by an interaction.

  • Streams Offered (Class XI):

ADMISSION PROCEDURE RULES

General Conditions for Admission:

A student seeking admission to any class in a ‘School’ will be eligible for admission to that Class only ifs/he: has been studying in a school affiliated to STATE BOARDS/CBSE/ICSE or any other recognized Board of Secondary Education in India.

Has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination making him eligible for admission to that Class; satisfies the requirements of age limits (minimum and maximum) as determined by the State/U.T. Government and applicable to the place where the school is located. Produces the School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the Institution last attended and document(s) in support of his having passed the qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination

  • FeePolicy

    Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Discipline

    The school reserves the right to expel a student in cases of serious misconduct or indiscipline. The Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after all dues are cleared.

  • Attendance

    A minimumof75%attendanceis mandatory for a student to be eligible to appear in the Annual Examination.

  • Leave Policy

    Leave will be granted only on submission of a written application duly signed by the parent/guardian. Approved leave will not be counted as attendance.

  • School Timings & Uniform

    Students must report to school on time and in a clean, neat, and well-ironed school uniform.

  • Compliance with School Rules

    Students and parents are required to strictly adhere to all rules and regulations laid down by the school management.

  • Admission Authority

    Granting of admission is subject to approval by the school management, whose decision shall be final.

  • Change in Contact Details

    Any change in residential address or mobile number must be promptly informed to the school office for official records.

  • Leaving School During School Hours

    No student will be permitted to leave the school premises during working hours unless accompanied by an authorized and identified escort with prior permission.

  • Valuable Articles

    Bringing valuable or expensive items to school is strictly prohibited. The school shall not be responsible for any loss.

  • Health & Medical Fitness

    Students suffering from contagious or epidemic diseases must not attend school. They may resume only after complete recovery and submission of a medical fitness certificate.

  • Books & Notebooks

    All textbooks and notebooks must be covered with brown paper and properly labeled with the student’s name to maintainence and durability.

  • Participation in School Activities

    Participation in all school programs, activities, and functions is compulsory for students.

  • Authority of the Principal

    The Principal’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters.

  • Misconduct via Media

    Any misconduct, defamatory remarks, or inappropriate content shared by students through electronic, social, print, or poster media involving the school, staff, or management will invite strict disciplinary action.
